Rhythm Watch collects names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses during the normal course of its business.  This information is used exclusively for marketing and advertising the future performances of Rhythm Watch.   This is not and will not be shared with anyone for any other purpose. Period.
 
Rhythm Watch from time to time, may publish a e-mail newsletter or promotional piece that is sent to the e-mail addresses of people who voluntarily provided their address.  Rhythm Watch will delete from its e-mail list or database, upon request, the e-mail address of any party who no longer wishes to receive such promotional information from us, if that party notifies us in writing accordingly. 
 

Rhythm Watch Ownership
"Rhythm Watch Band" is a sole proprietorship owned by Carla Grumke, and the name Rhythm Watch Band is duly registered as a fictitious name with the Missouri Secretary of State.  For grammatical convenience and other non-substantive reasons, the business name maybe abbreviated to simply "Rhythm Watch" throughout this website, in advertising and during public performances.
 

 

Rhythm Watch has been issued an Employer Identification Number (EIN) by the Internal Revenue Service, which is:  26-4434261.  For tax deduction or business expense purposes, Rhythm Watch will supply an IRS Form W-9 to any prospective or existing client upon request.

Rhythm Watch General Terms of Engagement

Rhythm Watch negotiates its fee with each client separately, depending on a number of variables, some of which include the hours and duration of the performance, location of engagement, type of event, type of venue, estimated attendance, ease or difficulty of load-in/load-out, indoor or outdoor setting, repeating or non-repeating event, and other factors.   Generally, repeating performances in commercial venues are less expensive than non-repeating performances in other venues.  Rhythm Watch prefers use of a written contract for all non-repeating performances.
